2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Poured into a pint glass. Color is what I would call a yellow/orange being more on the yellow side. 1/4" foam head with below average retention and average lacing. Aroma was dominated by a citrus smell but there were hints of some other sweet notes in there. Flavor was moderately sweet but finished off somewhat bitter. Carbonation was on average yet had a creamy mouth-feel. This would be a refreshing lighter bodied beer for a warm summer day but doesn’t really stand out in any other areas.

Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – Pours a super hazy orange amber color with a dense one finger white head. The head persists fantastically, fading very slowly over time to leave a great leave of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma was wheaty and grainy with a rather strong showing of orange sweetness. Mixed with these aromas are some lighter notes of a grassy and a musty smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a wheaty base mixed with a bit of grainy flavors. As the taste advances citrus sweetness comes to the tongue growing stronger as the flavor advances. Along with the orange citrus flavors comes flavors of yeast and a little bit of spice. The orange gets quite strong at the end with a bit of honey flavor mixed within. In the end, some lighter grassy hop flavors join the taste, to leave a quite yeasty and smooth orange wheat flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The brew was actually rather creamy for only 4.2% abv with a carbonation level that was on the average side. The creaminess was rather nice of the wheat and yeasty flavors of the brew creating a nice chewy base for those two flavors. The medium carbonation furthermore keep it rather refreshing still and created a rather nice feel for the brew overall.
Overall – This was much tastier and thicker tasting then I would have originally expected for a brew of only 4.2 % abv. This makes for a nice sipping summer day brew while sitting outside and enjoying the sun.

"Refreshingly light. Mostly wheat and malt with hints at agave, but definitely nothing that truly stands out or transcends the style. Probably a one timer for me."

Very light, pours a yellow orangish tinge that is not very cloudy. Not a strong beer, but ok for those warmer summer days.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Not as bad as I was expecting & actually quite refreshing on this hot summer day! Has a nice hazy gold pour w/ a thin white head that leaves good lacing. The agave can be slightly detected in this fairly light aroma. The taste, while nothing special, is crisp & has a decent body. The agave is present which really adds to the traditional wheat. Not bad at all!

Draft at GBD in Washington DC. Poured a cloudy yellow color with a fuffy white head. Aroma was some straw wheat notes, sweet notes. Flavor was notes of light fruity sweetness, agave. Other than that - it’s so so.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a decent looking hazy orange to gold color with a one finger white foamy head that died within less than thirty seconds.
The lacing was messy and all over the place.
The smell was sweet citrus (little bit of lemon and orange).
The taste was sweet and somewhat grassy. There’s no wheat bite, but a crisp citrus bite (uh, okay, its Breckenridge, so I won’t argue).
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a decent sessionable quality about it. There’s a slight refreshing long sweet texture accommodating this feel.
Overall, not bad, but not a standout for the style.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can into a glass. Pours hazy orange/gold. Aroma is sweet and citrusy. The agave is really noticeable on the nose. Taste is sweet, grassy, crisp citrus bite, somewhere between orange juice and lemon zest. Nothing amazing, but surprised by how much I enjoy it. Pretty refreshing.
