COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This true American-style unfiltered wheat has something a little special Ė the nectar of the great Salmiana Agave. Agave complements the refreshingly light quality of our wheat and adds a subtle note of flavor that expands this beerís uplifting taste profile. It is familiar, yet creative.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a decent looking hazy orange to gold color with a one finger white foamy head that died within less than thirty seconds. The lacing was messy and all over the place. The smell was sweet citrus (little bit of lemon and orange). The taste was sweet and somewhat grassy. Thereís no wheat bite, but a crisp citrus bite (uh, okay, its Breckenridge, so I wonít argue). On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a decent sessionable quality about it. Thereís a slight refreshing long sweet texture accommodating this feel. Overall, not bad, but not a standout for the style.

Can into a glass. Pours hazy orange/gold. Aroma is sweet and citrusy. The agave is really noticeable on the nose. Taste is sweet, grassy, crisp citrus bite, somewhere between orange juice and lemon zest. Nothing amazing, but surprised by how much I enjoy it. Pretty refreshing.

This one had a sweet, yeasty flavor but tasted a little off. It was either too old or a little too much citrus sourness. Overall not bad but wouldnít really seek out again.

Looks off yellow and cloudy. Has some citrus aromas and a, grass and citrus taste. The alcohol was almost non existence in the taste. Mediocre carbonation.

In the aroma I get some wheat, and some off yeast notes. A touch of haze in the appearance, with a light white head that fades quickly. Wanting more agave notes in the flavor itís very faint, good beer for a hot summer day on the back deck.

Aroma: Reminds me of aloe. Get some wheat, medicinal hints. Appearance. Decent light amber with suspended yeast. Head dissipates pretty rapidly. Taste: Starts mildly sweet and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Palate: light body, thin feel, soft carbonation, abrupt finish. Overall: I could see this being OK at a beach bar. Points for being unexpected - maybe I just donít appreciate Agave enough.

12 ounce bottle, a friend gave this to me recently and I have no idea how fresh/old this is. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a hazy gold color with a half inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both average. The brew smells like wheat, apples and honey/agave nectar. Taste is similar to the aroma, but thereís also some bready malt and apricots noticeable too. Itís mostly sweet tasting. Mouthfeel/body is medium, itís a bit coating and has a decent amount of carbonation. I think itís an OK brew, but it really doesnít do anything for me. With that being said, itís worth trying if youíve never had it before.
