This true American-style unfiltered wheat has something a little special – the nectar of the great Salmiana Agave. Agave complements the refreshingly light quality of our wheat and adds a subtle note of flavor that expands this beer’s uplifting taste profile. It is familiar, yet creative.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours a hazy gold with thick white head. Taste of wheat with a slight sweetness. I thought this was pretty good. I would definitely drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice color and foam. Could be used as a refreshing beer. Definitely not my style of fruit flavor.

Draft a the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow, headless beer. Aroma of apples, yeast and slight fruit touches. Flavour is rather bland, fruity and has an incredibly watery, flat mouthfeel. Uninteresting wheat ale. Meh.

Sample at the brewpub. Poured a hazy medium amber with a round white head. The aroma is weak malt and yeast with a weak sour flavour. The palate is weak apple acid and not a lot else.

On tap @ Breckenridge @ The Ballpark. Hazy golden pour with a white head. Sort of a bland nose. Bread, toast, and yeast. Mild hops, a touch of floral notes, and a subtle tartness. Flavor is bread, toast, and floral hops. Decent sweetness, light tartness on the finish, and some hints of lemon and grass. Kind of meh.

This beer has a nice hazy golden color to it. The beer pours well with a nice thick white head with some lacing on the glass. The beer is well carbonated too. The scent of the beer is okay, you definitely get the wheat smell right away with some mild spices and citrus on the back end of it. The taste of the beer is okay, again you get the wheat tastes right up front and a mild spice flavor on the back end but not much else going on afterwards. The mouthfeel is okay with the wheat taste lingering on and a mild bitterness. Overall, I tried this beer because it seemed unique but ended up being disappointing. It is a nice wheat ale but has no characters that makes its unique.

Pours a two finger white head that fades quickly leaving some lace. hazy light amber color, some yeast left in bottle. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied. Light lemon and wheat nose and flavor is lemon with some agave sweetness. $2.99 for a 12oz bottle from Julio’s Liquors Marlboro, MA

A slightly cloudy yellow body with a white head that had good retention and some lace. Aroma had a nice wheat quality to it. There was a subtle fruity sweetness to it. I could not characterize it as agave though. Flavor was of soft wheat and sweetness. Two-dimensional but still nice flavor. Palate was a bit on the light side. Finish was smooth.
