COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This true American-style unfiltered wheat has something a little special – the nectar of the great Salmiana Agave. Agave complements the refreshingly light quality of our wheat and adds a subtle note of flavor that expands this beer’s uplifting taste profile. It is familiar, yet creative.

From the bottle: Cloudy yellow. Small white head. Fruity aroma. Flavors of sweet fruit and slight bananna. Smooth. No bitterness. Enjoyable change of pace from other wheats. Would buy again.

Tap. Pours a pale hazy golden with fizzy cream colored head. Aroma and taste of wheat and not much else. Some malts.

Can. Pours a hazy gold with a lacy, mixed-grain white head. Nose is phenols, wheat, yeast, orange, and spice. Slightly sweet up front, with a lemon-orange tinge; body is medium, with a little bitterness and round cereal elements. No real agave note to it. Finish is ephemeral and short. It’s all right, but there’s nothing notable about it.

Slightly light and fruity smell, cloudy look, taste is sweet and fruity, bold and tasty, slightly sour finish but decent, improves a bit with time, just the right amount of flavor, not too strong not watery,

Draft at Old Town Pour House in Gaithersburg, MD served in a half-pint glass. Hazy golden-amber color with white head. Aroma notes of heavy pale malt sweetness, bread and light fruitiness. Taste is also pretty sweet adding citrus notes. Light body, moderate carbonation, crisp, sticky with light sweet citrus finish. Okay enough wheat ale, refreshing but a little sweet.

Aroma had agave on the nose first followed by wheat Appearance was cloudy amber, kinda darker than a a typical wheat, maybe due to the agave Taste was sweet wort with somewhat of a wheat Palate: mouthfeel was thin and decently carbonated but an awfully sweet finish, needs a more attenuating yeast or something Overall: very meh. Not bad but certainly one of the lesser wheats I have ever had.

Aroma- Has a nice mix of citrus and wheat Appearance- Pours a murky yellow-orange with a medium sized white head Taste- A pretty good flavor of wheat, bread, and citrus Palate- This is a medium bodied, low carbonation beer with a slightly oily texture. Overall- Rather enjoyable, it well with an order of nachos.

Citrus and bread yeast in nose. Cloudy hefeweizen appearance. Thick white head. Flavor wheats and banana. No agave flavor. Soda water like carbonation.

Mild aroma of citrus and bread. Hazy golden brown color with white head. Decent lacing. Flavor is definitely sweet more than anything else. Slight citrus and yeast flavors as well. Not what i had hoped for.

Pours hazy orange-amber with a thin beige head, low retention. Aromas of orange, bread, caramel. Light body, somewhat watery, velvety carbonation. Medium sweet, a little tartness, mild lingering bitter finish in which an agave note is nearly detectable with some imagination. Somewhat refreshing but a little sweet.
