COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This true American-style unfiltered wheat has something a little special – the nectar of the great Salmiana Agave. Agave complements the refreshingly light quality of our wheat and adds a subtle note of flavor that expands this beer’s uplifting taste profile. It is familiar, yet creative.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is hard to detect. Sweet malts is all i can come up with and that is a guess. Flavor is not much better but there is some bitter citrus and not much else. I don’t know what agave tastes like other than tequila but i don’t taste any in here. Pretty bland and boring even for this brewer.

Not much aroma, maybe some wheat bread. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Taste is grain, bread, and some malty sweetness. Not bad.

Bottle. Wheat malt, bread, and sweet orange aroma. Hazy golden with a small off-white head. Sweet malt, yeast and citrus flavor with just the slightest hint of bitterness.. Light to medium body and carbonation. Nothing special, but I’d drink it on a hot day.

Corn, beans, lemon, and bread aroma. Cloudy amber, thin head. Tangy and bready, neither of which is terribly pleasing. Finishes with a coriander kiss, which is quite unexpected but welcome. Basically a tangy mess and an example of the perceived inferior American wheat ale. Maybe some people like it, but not me.

Bottle in a posh Mexican in NYC. Nice label. Pours a hazy yellowish colour with little head. A fairly clean wheat ale, none of the spiciness you’d get from a Euopean wheat beer, and actually not much yeast either. Bit of wheat, not much hop, then the curious twist of the agave. Pleasant, queching, a bit different, nothing special.

Bottle. Clouded gold with a short white head. Aroma is sweet malt, fruit notes, wheat and soft yeast. Taste is sweet malt, wheat, bread dough, fruit and dusty yeast. Body is medium with a strong, bubbly carbonation. Sweet finish with more wheat notes, malt, fruit, big yeast presence and soft bitterness.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a medium white head. Sweet aroma of wheat and fruits. Sweet flavor of wheat, fruits and light spice. Sweet but slightly dry finish. Too sweet for me but an interesting fruity flavor.

12 oz. bottle. Odd tequila and sweet aroma. Taste is mostly simple sweet wheat beer with a bit of an odd aftertaste of Agave. Not sure I’d get it again, but it was certainly refreshing.

Aroma- grass, lemons, funk, oranges, hay Appearance- super funky yellowish-orange, nice lacing, billowy white head Taste- nice tartness, witbier qualities, sweet/funky aftertaste Palate- crisp, clean, refreshing, higher carbonation Overall- Not too bad at all. A nice refreshing take on a wheat beer. Highly drinkable and fairly cheap.

Draft to pint. Looks good; orange and hazy. Doesn’t have much of a smell. Tastes decent, but again, devoid of flavor. Mouthfeel is okay. It’s a good transition beer/craft beer for the ladies, but it doesn’t float my boat.

Bottled. I liked this a lot more than the other Breckinridge wheat ale I had last week, a nice wheat ale with a citrusy/lemony kick. Matched perfectly with Mexican seafood.
