popephred (193), Plainfield, Illinois, USA Dec 25, 2007 Poured into a pint glass, producing a nut brown body with a small mostly diminishing white head. Light, almost no nose at first pour (which was chilled) some sweet smells with medium hops. Full mouth feel with a medium bitterness, then a slight syrupiness with a touch of alcohol and hops. Nothing that is really offensive, but nothing that makes me stand up and say "Merry Christmas, Everybody!" patrick767 (2016), fort wayne, Indiana, USA Dec 24, 2007 bottle - Pours clear dark amber with a one finger head. The aroma is of caramel malts. The flavor is sweet caramel malt and some spice, possibly nutmeg. It has a medium body and a light finish. It’s alright though I maybe expected a bit more from this seasonal brew.
