COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We like to think this is an ale for everyone who believes you make your own luck. We sure did. And the result is a well-balanced, soulful IPA with just the right amount of hoppiness. An even keeled ale that goes down clean and refreshing, but still lets you know itís been doted on by the Brewmaster. Itís true to itís IPA heritage, but also highly drinkable. Lucky U. And we seriously mean that.

Bottle. Orange pour with a frothy white head and a lot of lacing. Smells of citrus and resin. Tastes of malt and bitter hops. Not bad but not one of my favorite ipas.

UPDATED: JUL 25, 2014 Poured from the can into my favorite pint glass. To start with the can is very eye pleasing the picture looks like some old school tattoo flash, and the color of the can almost matches the beer. Pours a coupla two-tree fingers of root beer float looking foam on top of this orange tasty beer. Iím not sure if this beer should be called an IPA but itís very good. Lucky Me for buying it!

Pours a very dark orange, almost brown. Very cloudy with eighth inch of khaki head. Great nose - citrus and floral hops, strong aromatic tropical fruits, creaminess detectable as well as carmel malt. Lively carbonation, tingly mouthfeel, slightly scaly finish. Tropical fruits and melon flavor, some citrus, carmel malts, strong astringent spruce too.

akoeninger (415) - Wisconsin, USA - JUL 5, 2014
Copperish color with a grapefruit and herbal hop aroma. The taste is again grapefruit but with more balanced sweetness from the malts. Overall tastes more earthy in the finish. A hint of a metallic aftertaste which may be the result of an old bottle or something. All in all a good to average beer would like to try a fresher sample. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
