SODAK14 (106), Rapid City, South Dakota, USA Dec 27, 2008 Pours...black with a medium head. Nice roasted malt/coffe flavor. Not sure where the oatmeal comes in but this is one of the nicer dark beers I have had. Real nice finish, no bitter taste like some darks have. djd07 (724), Houston, Texas, USA Dec 25, 2008 Bottle. Pours a dark brown with a medium frothy tan head. The aroma is a strong roasted malt with a coffee and dark chocolate. Good sticky lacing on the glass. The taste is a sweet malt with caramel and smoke with a dry finish. Easy to drink, a good stout from Breckenridge gte620v (27), Georgia, USA Dec 21, 2008 Bottle.. Excellent Stout. very dark pour with little head. Delicious and full flavor that is somewhat creamy. Will order again. thejoeshow (232), Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA Dec 6, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a thick dark black with a big frothy tan head and has nice retention and good lacing. Aroma is sweet roasted malts and a hint of chocolate. Flavor is a touch of roasted malt in the front and a nice rich chocolateish flavor on the end. The mouthfeel is very nice, smooth and silky. This is not the top, tops of the league of stouts but it is a very nice introduction for someone not into stouts yet. We cant all start with a Yeti. bag (103), Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 5, 2008 From bottle... poured black with tall head. Sharp aroma, good roasty malt taste. Bitter but sparkly too. Very good. daknole (2810), Plantation, Florida, USA Nov 28, 2008 Bottle, pretty ok. Black pour, tan head. Aroma is very roasted and toasty. Flavor is a bit drier than I prefer in stouts. Some notes of coffee and chocolate are present, but flavor is a bit over roasted to me. rcasta (472), El Salvador Nov 27, 2008 gracias aleman, birria traida desde atlanta en la casa del gordo la degustamos junto con otras durante el blackout ghawener (953), San Salvador, El Salvador Nov 26, 2008 Thanks to rcasta.
