Commercial Description:
Rich, round and roasted, our Oatmeal Stout is satisfaction in a glass. It's a bold, smooth-bodied concoction that oozes dark-roasted coffee aromas and flavors of espresso and semi-sweet chocolate. We round out these heady pleasures with a dose of flaked oatmeal for a creamy body and a semi-dry finish. Unforgettable.

This a pretty decent oatmeal stout, malty and dark, with a nice head. Not the best oatmeal stout, but it would do if I had no other choice.

Pours jet black with small quickly dissapating brownish head. Aroma and flavor both very dry bitter coffee. No taste of oatmeal. basic.

Draft at the brewpub. A dark brown beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma is buttery combined with notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of butter and roasted malt as well as a light note of oatmeal. The body is thin.

just the appropriate amount of roastiness here, with a creamy mouthfeel, melted dark chocolate, and a graham cracker maltiness. Very drinkable and balanced. I enjoyed it!

I can’t believe I haven’t rated this yet. Well, here it goes. Pours black with a nice tan head. Aroma is roasty with bitter chocolate and coffee. Taste is much the same, lots of bitter chocolate upfront and a fairly dry finish. This is drinkable and tastes pretty good as well.

Dark brown/black pour. Big creamy tan head that leaves nice lacing. Sweet roasty malt aroma, with a hint of cocoa and coffee. Flavor is pretty similar. Sweet and roasty, with some mocha coming through. Very creamy body. Nice and thick on the palate. Really good for a 6 pack stout!
