COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Desire coupled with curiosity can drive you to do many foolish things. Fortunately, opening a bottle of our Pandora’s Bock is not one of them. Once it is released, a wealth of flavor and complexity will spill out into the world. With a traditional bock flavor profile and a hint of hoppy goodness, there’s a reason it’s spoken about in mythical terms.

Pours a dark amber with little head and carbonation. Aromas of dried fruit (banana) and sweet malts. Interesting flavor profile. A little too sweet, but I enjoyed this as being different.

Pailhead (4633) - Brownstown, Michigan, USA - JUL 6, 2013
Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy fruit, raisin, apple, and a touch of caramel. It pours a hazy/cloudy dark amber with a small off-white head that quickly fades to a very fine ring around the edges of the glass. After a few minutes, it looks still. There is minimal lacing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with a light chocolate/caramel combination. The finish has moderate fruit, light raisin, roast, and a hint of apple. It’s medium bodied with virtually no carbonation. I wouldn’t quite call it flat, but that description isn’t far off. Overall, the lack of carbonation is really hurting this one.

Tap at WOB. Pours a caramel color with a thick off white head. Funky apple tart aroma with some bread notes. Big malt body with big chewy toffee notes, apple. Tasty brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle in a stem glass. Pours amber with a beige head. Aroma of pale and caramel malts and a very light hoppiness. Flavor the same. Average texture. Nothing really stands out with this one.

some juicy and fruity character like stewed plum and wheat juice. mellow with a caramel kind of vanilla sense near the end. some soul and a bit of machine oil. perhaps a touch of white pepper. did not think the alcohol was this high since there is no burn.

This was good, wasn't sure at first, actually got better when it wasn't as cold. Not a regular Bock drinker, but will try this again! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
