COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Desire coupled with curiosity can drive you to do many foolish things. Fortunately, opening a bottle of our Pandora’s Bock is not one of them. Once it is released, a wealth of flavor and complexity will spill out into the world. With a traditional bock flavor profile and a hint of hoppy goodness, there’s a reason it’s spoken about in mythical terms.

On tap at Petrol Station. Pours a cloudy amber with paperthin head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is bready malt and raisin. Thin mouthfeel with a strong metallic and bready malt with sweet finish. A decent dunkler bock from Breckenridge.

Draught@RNH. Clear amber color, small off-white head. Barley, fruit sugary aroma. Light bodied. Really watery for this ABV. Light sweetish flavor, honey, green apple, short harsh finish. Quite far from the normal bock.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Giannone, 11/10/13

Aroma: The aroma is fairly sweet, caramel, brown sugar, some molasses, and earth
Appearance: It pours a dark reddish color with a long last beige head and lots of lace
Flavor: The flavor is medium-heavy sweet, quite malty, a little roasty, and a very mild hop
Palate: The body is light-medium, feels a touch watery and a little cloying, with a short finish
Overall Impression: It’s a little thin and a little too sweet overall. Not terrible, just not a well-rounded offering. Lacks balance.

One of the better breckenridge beers. Decent balance. More watery than I would prefer.

Pandora’s bock is a rich coppery brown beer that is just a touch hazy. it pours with a thin head of small bubbles. Nose is a touch sharp smelling with a bit of caramel and roasted malt. Body is thin and watery. Taste is dry and nutty that becomes more relevant as it finishes. no bitters. finishes clean. a decent bock.

Murky brown with a thin disappearing head. Very little visual carbonation. Aroma of toffee and caramel. Big malty taste that is slightly on the sweet side. Finishes sweet and malty.

Cloudy amber pour with a thin off-white head that vanishes quickly. Aroma of roasted malt, banana, and caramel. Some grain, roasted malt flavor with a big shift to raisin, banana, and caramel. Quite sweet.

Pours a dark amber with little head and carbonation. Aromas of dried fruit (banana) and sweet malts. Interesting flavor profile. A little too sweet, but I enjoyed this as being different.
