COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The fresh peaches used in this beer come straight from Peachfork Orchards & Vineyard of Palisade, Colorado. This family farm began as the passion of one woman - the grandmother of brewery employee Sarah Burns. Colorado White Wheat, from Colorado Malting Company in Alamosa, CO, rounds out the local flavor of Peachfork Wheat.

on tap-pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is grassy, lemon, wheat. Taste is grassy, lemon, wheat. Easy.

Pours slightly hazy orange with white head, aroma definitely picked up the peaches, wheat, some biscuit, lemon, slight touch of spice in there as well but not much. Taste was ok, very slight hint of peach melding with the wheaty tropical fruit notes, some spice, biscuit, finishing fairly dry but also a touch too sweet.

Pours cloudy yellow with thin white head. Subtle peach, wheat & apricot on the nose. Palate is nice & wheaty, peach flavor is present but very subtle. Tasty & refreshing.

On tap at Breckenridge Brewery and BBQ. Hazy gold color. Smell is wheaty and sweet. No strong peach aroma, but it does come out stronger in the taste Bhutan it doesn’t really make it "fruity". Tastes more like a classic Wit. White wheat flavors, very crisp and clean with no lingering finish. Light peach notes and the end finish it off. Great little session ale. Very smooth yet full of flavor. Not bad, just not excellent.

On tap at Breckenridge 471 Kalamath poured a cloudy gold with a small lasting white head. areomas of wheat, yeast and a hint of peach. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of wheat, light yeast and ahint of peach with a smooth dry finish.
