Perfect for what it is. A slightly hoppier version of a pilsner with a nice ABV boost. Hazier than a normal pils, but has a nice head and good clean taste and crisp maltiness.

On tap at Breckenridge Brewery & BBQ. Gold and clear with a white head. Pilsner malts, pale malts, noble hops and light fruit. Medium body with a crisp, clean feel. Medium bitterness and light sweetness with a smooth finish. It was OK.

Not enough time to explain, but it was a pretty good experience. Nice color, great palate, and an awesome bottle. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2014 Bottle. Fairly clear yellow-gold pour. Smaller white head. Grain and cracker, booze comes out, a bit syrupy and rich. Nice!

Pours a clear gold with a finger off creamy head. A touch of lacing down the glass. Smell is a bit of malt sweetness with a little cracker grainy aroma. No hops in the aroma. Starts off with a little cracker malty flavor. Just a touch of hop spice in the finish, but it is quickly overwhelmed by an intense grainy sweet finish. Not too bad until that sickingly sweet finish. A little bit thick and medium carbonation levels. Whoa that aftertaste really doesn’t work for me. I’ve had worse, but this is far from the best.

12 ounce bottle into lager glass, no bottle dating. Pours lightly hazy golden straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, pepper, cracker, bread, floral, grass, light pine, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of malt, hop, and yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon zest, grapefruit, orange zest, pear, pine, cracker, bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Fair amount of pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon zest, grapefruit, orange zest, pear, pine, cracker, bread, floral, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice balance of malt, hop, and yeast flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, crisp, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a nice imperial pils. All around well balanced hop, malt, and yeast flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Nice beer. Aroma was very hoppy. Fresh cut grass and hay. Pour was a beautiful clear light gold color with a thin off white film for a head. Taste was nice and hoppy. Strong bitterness with grain, light malt and grass. Nice bitter finish. Would’ve loved this beer to have more carbonation. That would’ve pulled this beer together perfectly. Never would guess this beer was 7% by the way. Hides the alcohol incredibly.

Bottle. Grainy malt, hay, and a little citrus peel hops aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Sweet grainy-bready malt, light fruity-grassy-hay hops flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Sampled at the 2013 Artisans Craft Beer Festival. It poured a golden color with a small white head. The aroma was of grassy and floral hops. The taste was a little sweet and the alcohol was very noticeable. Decent.
