Nice painted label on the bottle. The pour is a cloudy golden with a creamy white 1/2" head. The aroma is a slight hops with a hint of citrus. The taste matches the scent well. Nothing complex here, but it is a refreshing pilsner.

"All hair our Brewmaster" This sums it up. Gold, slightly cloudy with an unusualy thick head. Malt and an off taste I canít quite place, more sour than bitter. Perhaps itís a bad bottle, but Iím not a fan.

Tap Hoppy Monk, EL Paso, TX-pours bright orange with a 1/4 inch soapy and highly carbonated head. nose is mostly sweet metallic notes and not what i was expecting-some light mushy malt and spicy yeast qualities show up but not like i would have wanted them. flavors of sweet pale malt light alcohol and very lite spicy hop presence. some floral aspects show up in the mid palate and alcohol present. Im not too impressed with this beer-too sweet and not dry enough.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This is a little light for a "regal" anything. Aroma has some grassy hops. Taste has a little malt but mostly hops in the finish.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at Breckenridge. Pours anice enough deep gold with a fizzy head. The nose is quite soapy. Strong cracker pilsner malt notes and some noble hopping that is overshadowed by the soap. On taste, comes across as moderately sweet and fruity, fair level of bitterness, but not quite balanced. Not crisp and kind of a bit bigger than one would like. Meh.

Bottle. Clear yellow, tall white foamy head. Slightly musty hop aroma, high carbonation, malt balance. Refreshing and a good overall pilsner.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: copper and gold under a voluminous white head which lines the inside of my glass with lacey fingers. A slow stream of bubbles keeps the head afloat in blotchy beauty. Swirls thick and full.
Nose: bread crusts, saltines, green grass, key lime. Brisk Ė dry then zesty, zesty then dry. Lemon zest. Tropical zip in the back Ė papaya and star fruit. Floral and herbal esters weave in and out. Dandelion and white flower petals.
Palate: sweetness along the edge leads into crisp, dry, bitterness. Papaya and banana skin. Greenness of flowers, stems and all. Key lime and sweet mown grass. Smooth mouthfeel and gently mouth-coating with subtle sweet grains. Pineapple, coconut, and star fruit. Tickle of spice in the back Ė grains of paradise.
Final Thoughts: delicious! I was worried the bottle was going to be a dud seeing as months had passed from when I bought the bottle to when I actually drank it. Thankfully the beer deities were friendly and the beer delightful. Another winner from Breckenridge.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle pours nearly clear deep gold into a tulip. Thick sheets of lacing left with each sip even after the off-white, creamy head fades to a small ring. The nose is similar to a nice helles bock with a tad more hop citrus and grass. The malts come across as lightly toasty and bready, suggesting a sweet flavour to come. Very sweet light malty, bready flavour with pleasant bitterness that is still a bit low for a double pils, and not really very "noble." Some doughy flavours accompany. Tastes more like American variety noble heritage hops were used. Not much heat at all here, but at 7% abv, that makes sense. Tasteful, perceivable amount of DMS lets you know itís a pilsner without tasting like a corny, cooked veggie bomb. Soft melon/honeydew fruitiness, almost like a Jolly Rancher? Yea, thatís it! The mouthfeel is slick up front, gently carbonated given the style, and full-bodied, almost syrupy in the finish. Very sweet, but enough hops are there to keep it from being cloying.
