On tap at World of Beer UCF. Pours a dark golden yellow with a white head and aroma of hops and floral notes. Taste is of hops, floral notes, and wheat with a hoppy finish.

The pour is a clear gold color with an average, white, fluffy head which is mostly diminishing and leaves just a bit of soapy lace. The nose is bland and very simple; sugary sweetness (almost cotton candy-like), some floral tones, and blood oranges. The flavor is similar with more of the orangey notes, still sugary sweet, lightly biscuity, and slightly peppery. The palate is nearly lively, medium, and thick in texture. The finish is still fairly sweet but finally gains a moderately light spicy bitterness, the sugar notes finally dissipating, and blood orange lingering. The blood orange notes were about the only thing I found interesting about this one. Just not good and definitely not pilsner-like whatsoever.

Nice Malty and Hop aroma reminiscent of bohemian pilsner . Nice Malt backbone with a slight bitter offset and a clean crisp finish. The malt flavor seems a bit watered-down. Otherwise a fine sample.

Appearance: deep clear gold with a short, fizzy white head that quickly shrinks to nothing, and very little lacing. Aroma: grassy and slightly floral, with notes of pepper and grainy, crackery malts. Taste: toasted white bread, lemon zest, dried hay, with big grassy, floral hops. Finish: slightly bitter from the hops, with a little malty sweetness underneath. Notes: Totally fine. Tasted exactly like what you’d expect: a regular pilsner with more hops and more malt. Even with the bigger flavors and aroma, it was still pretty drinkable, palate-wise.

This is a little light for a "regal" anything. Aroma has some grassy hops. Taste has a little malt but mostly hops in the finish.

Poured a slightly hazy yellow with a thin off-white head. Aroma has some grains with light fruit. Taste has lots of grains and cereal with some skunky malty flavors. Alcohol slightly noticeable. Finish has some floral hops with some doughy characteristics.

Crisp clean yellow color with a slight orange hue. Very light aroma of grains. Palate is medium bodied and very clean. No metallic notes that are commonly found in a pilsner. Possibly the best pilsner our lips have ever encountered.

On tap at Winter Park Beer Fest ’11. Rich gold color and nice carbonation. Hops are nice on the nose and this could be a good summer refresher (if you want to get loaded in the process). Hides alcohol dangerously well, but doesn’t finish clean. Dissapointing. Maybe it was a dirty tap. Get an Avery Joe’s Pilsner if you’re the mood for something along these lines.

Pours a orange tinged, dark gold, with a thin, off white head. Nose is the one real weakness of the brew. Has the notable aroma of an Eastern European pils, but not strong enough to really be a highlight of the beer. Flavors are the creamy, bready notes of a pils, though a bit richer and more heavily featuring alcohol as a central flavor.

Tap. Gold body with small white head. Some pils and pale malt in the aroma, but not much of an aroma to speak of. Cereal character on the flavor with pale and pils malt with a dry hoppy finish and a unique fruity quality in the middle. Medium bodied with low carbonation, like a casked beer. Overall: pretty solid pils, but clearly over the top for the style.
