Tap. Pours clear gold with a small, fizzy white head, somewhat lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is malt (grain, meal) with grassy hops, corn and a clean lager yeast. Flavor is malty with grassy hops being assertive yet not overpowering, balanced and clean. Light bodied, moderate carbonation.

Bottle thanks to someone. Pours a clear golden hue with a white head. Aroma is floral, hoppy, biscuit and honey. Taste is dry, honey, european hop flavors, crisp with some apple notes. Medium bodied with a dry finish and decent carbonation. Tastes pretty good, glad to see a good new beer from Breckenridge.

CaptainCougar (7093) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - DEC 31, 2010
Bottle: Pours a clear deep golden with a spotty-lacing coating of white head. Has an authentic pilsner nose with some fresh grassy saaz hoppiness. Starts with pretty good fullness and light malty sweetness with a crisp floral saaz hoppy balance before a drier bittersweet finish. Well done and true to style.

womencantsail (6860) - Garbage Grove, California, USA - OCT 9, 2010
A: The pour is a clear copper color with an initially fluffy white head that dissipates fairly quickly. S: The nose is sort of odd to me. There are some good floral hop aromas, but a very strong metallic tinge to it as well. Some light grass and malt notes, too. T: Luckily, an improvement in terms of the flavor. The hops are quite floral and pungent. A slight spice character to this one along with some fairly sweet malt, sugar, and apple juice. M: The body is on the full side for a pilsner with a moderate carbonation. D: The flavor of this was nice, but the nose was just not enjoyable. Not sure what happened there, but such is life.

DocLock (6789) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 12, 2011
Bottle from I forget where. Pours deep gold with 1-finger frothy white head. Nose is nice pale malt, hops, rock syrupy florals. Tastes Prima pilsy, with a crisp Saaz hop element, pale malt, and a slightly syrupy chardonnay undertone, witgh notes of black pepper late. Very good.

Ughsmash (6666) - Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 17, 2010
Bottled. Poured hazy, duller golden with a sticky cap of white head. The aroma picked up a thick dose of earthy and floral hops upfront, over pale malt support and a pinch of honey.. wisps of cracked black pepper on the back of the nose. The flavor found more of the honey at the core, along with medium-skinned fruits.. peppery hops surrounded and complemented well.. dry, spicy finish with a hit of heat. Medium-bodied and fairly well carbonated on the palate.. a little too hot at the end, but otherwise interesting.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a pale golden color with a medium creamy head. Fair head retention and lacing. Aroma of husky, grainy notes and a faint metallic note. The taste is pale malty notes, caramel and faint green apple, as well as agrassy hops. Medium bodied.

Bottle 355 ml
Aroma fruity rich feel of malts with slight hint of alcohol. Light hint of hop. Quiet proper if you compare this to Polish Mocne beers not Strong pilsners.5+
Appearance dark golden look with medium light , bright white top. Some lace shown.3+
Flavor and Palate : Medium plus bodied. Very nice malt profile , soft approach , Bohemian Pils like. Neatly rounded with alcohol not being very evident. Good finish with streak of bitterness. Refreshing and true.
