Commercial Description:
The brewmaster's goal: the perfect ale for summertime quaffing, nothing more. SummerBright is the result. The craftsman's touch combines white wheat, two row pale and munich malt with the pacific northwest's most intriguing hops to create a bright, clean ale ideal for picnicking, evenings on the screen porch and enjoying the whims of the summer breeze.

Bottle in trade from prototypic. Thanks!
Pours light clear yellow with a small white head in a lager glass. Smell is kind of an egg white, meringue-ish light wheaty malt. Taste is a dull, easy drinking wheaty malt flavor with little in the way of hops or flavor, otherwise. Pretty simple, smooth and slightly creamy.

slightly hazy gold with a small fizzy white head. very faint aroma of crisp wheat. flavor is of light honey and cereal but a nice balanced hop addition. light crisp and dry finish palate. this is a very nice refreshing beer with just the right amount of sweetness. this one just struck a chord. i loved it. hugely underrated.

A clear light gold pour with a white head and moderate carbonation that begins at mid glass. Aroma of hop and wheat. A floral flavor with hop tartness and some honey. Crisp and refreshing. Somewhat dry. Not much excitement.

Draught at TDR Ex: Aroma of wheat. Poured golden/yellow in color with a medium-sized white head that diminished quickly. Hazy. Tastes of wheat, herbal hops, lager-like yeast, herbs, vegetables, and grass. Medium body. Lightly chalky texture. Average carbonation. Herbal finish.

Summer Beer tasting at Three Cellars Milwaukee. Slightly watery, I didn’t even realize it was a wheat at first. Nothing special

Bottle @ home. Pours in a pale clear yellow with a thin white head. The aroma is mild with some cereal malt. The flavor is mild and clean. refreshing with some cereal malts and earthy notes. The finish is clean and crisp. A decent wheat ale.

Pale yellow with a thin white head. Skunky aroma with a little wheat and yeast character to it. As you’d expect with BreckenWater brewery, the beer is very watery. Not much to the taste, a little wheat character but pretty bland and tasteless. The mildest of bitter finishes and some sweet malts remind you that you are indeed drinking the beer and not a glass of rocky mountain water.
