Commercial Description:
The brewmaster's goal: the perfect ale for summertime quaffing, nothing more. SummerBright is the result. The craftsman's touch combines white wheat, two row pale and munich malt with the pacific northwest's most intriguing hops to create a bright, clean ale ideal for picnicking, evenings on the screen porch and enjoying the whims of the summer breeze.

American Wheat is often a bit too acidic and bland and this decent wheat ale is similar. Slight citrus sweetness and hop presence. A decent summertime beer...but I’d stick to good German Kolsh or a Hefe.

Pours a cloudy yellow into the glass with a really thing head. Aroma is grainy with an apricot extract smell. Flavor has citrus and bread with an odd copper taste. Easy drinking, but somewhat of an offensive flavor to me. Drain pour.

Slightly cloudy pour, protein, with a nice white cap. Soft, mild, wheat tartness fills the nose. The malt is very subdued and the sweetness is light and fruity. Almost hints at Kolsch fruit, was this lagered? Wheat returns on the finish and helps usher out the barley. Clean finish with a light flowery sweetness lingering. Very easy drinking. Not bad for summer. 85

Deep golden color. Aroma is slightly buttery but not overpowering. Taste is a tad sweet with butter elements. Finish is sweet as well. Low presence of hops.

Pours pale golden with white head. Nose has light citrus, especially lemon, and some cereal grain malt. Palate is lemon-herbal in the hop side of things, with light malt, light bodied, and rather refreshing - good drinkability.
