COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The brewmaster's goal: the perfect ale for summertime quaffing, nothing more. SummerBright is the result. The craftsman's touch combines white wheat, two row pale and munich malt with the pacific northwest's most intriguing hops to create a bright, clean ale ideal for picnicking, evenings on the screen porch and enjoying the whims of the summer breeze.

Looks like bud light...clear golden. Light wheaty aroma. Slight vege taste, stronger than expected, but too much for the summer beer its going for.

Pours a orange amber color with a light foamy top. Scent is a bit of wheat and a floral hop aroma. Has a very smooth taste, kind of sweet and very little bitterness but overall very good. The aftertaste is smooth but a bit dry. It’s a great beer and recommend it to everyone.

Pours yellow with a white head. Little aromas and flavors of citrus and pine.Very light on the palate. Very forgetable beer. Not bad but not very good.

This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a mostly transparent golden yellow color with a slim finger’s white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute leaving some light lacing sticking around the glass in a messy way. The smell had a "sweet wheatiness" to bring in a light citrus to balance and a slight crisp refreshing freshly cut grassiness to it. The taste was mainly sweet and crisp bringing in a grassy edge to brighten the flavor. There’s a slight sweet citrus/grassy aftertaste and a quick slight wet sort of finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a superb sessionability about it. The carbonation smoothed out a bit. Overall, for a golden ale, I dig it, I’d have this again.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 8/3/2014. Pours lightly hazy golden straw color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon zest, orange peel, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt, citrus peel, and earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon zest, orange peel, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Slight earthy herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon/orange zest, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Good robustness and balance of pale malt, citrus peel, and earthy hop flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a very solid pale wheat ale style. All around good balance and robustness of pale malt, citrus peel, and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A pleasantly enjoyable offering.

Drank from a twelve ounce bottle. Aromas of bread and slight earthy crispness from the hops. A great smooth, well mannered summer brew.

Bottle. A- Wet dog, musty, citrus, wheat, corn. A- Golden yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Corn, grains, slightly sweet, subtle citrus. P- Light body, average texture, medium carbonation, boring finish. O- The brewmaster failed at achieving his goal on this one. Tasted like a macro lager with a hint of citrus. I really don’t think I have much else to say on this one.
