Brewed by Oranjeboom, Rotterdam (Netherlands) until the early 90’s. After the closing of Oranjeboom production was moved to Breda (Netherlands). This brewery was called Verenigde Bierbrouwerijen Breda-Rotterdam at that time and soon to be renamed to Oranjeboom Brouwerij. The Breda Royal brand however always still mentioned United Dutch Breweries (wich translates to Verenigde Brouwerijen). On closing of Oranjeboom Brouwerij, Breda in 2004 by InBev production was moved to both Bremen and Leuven. Until 2008 when Randalls acquired the licence. Some production is also done at Hofbrauhaus Wolters (under the name Getränkeindustrie Altewiek).

Because this was popular on my friend’s trip to Vietnam, at least in the tourist spots he frequented, this became the "t-shirt that he brought me." Malt job with metallic finish, so-so drinkable. Not an entire drainpour, but certainly nothing special.

0.25 L bottle. At the beginning it is sour, and very heavy to drink rapidly. Its head lasted some seconds, its color was dark blonde, more bitter than a similar product.

Canned 500ml. -from random kiosk somewhere in Bulgaria. Shared with Marko and luttonm. Golden coloured, small white head, some grain and honey in the nose. Sweet malty, grain and honey with notes of metal in rather watery finish. Boring.

Mine was brewed at Wolters. Can brought from South Sudan by Matt (luttonm) I reckon. Golden body, small lasting white head. Light grainy, slightly dusty sweetish nose. Empty, vaguely honeyish and dusty taste. A standard international lager without any major flaws, after some crap we’ve had before, could pass as enjoyable, but on a global scale, hardly.
