Hazy light brown color from a new keg. My mate right next to me had a clear beer from the older keg. White head. Spicy, licorice, some smoke scent, also sweet and fresh. Spicy, herbal, bitter taste. Licorice and bitter aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, rather high bitterness.

Draught at Söderbärke Mikroölfestival. Hazy nut brown small head. Carefully almony yeasty nose. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly and lightly woody with notes of orange. Solid chewy malt malt backs the the estery yeast flavours. Finishes with low bitterness but light hints of glue. A archetypical belgian style ale.
