Ungstrup (11385), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 2, 2007 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of smoke, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of smoke and rope, leading to a dry finish. The body is a bit thin - not enough residual sugars. Thanks yespr. Papsoe (10523), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 10, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Slightly hazy, orangey brown with a lively. dense, beige head. Lightly sweetish aroma of roasted malt with a whiff of smoke. Medium-bodied, sweetish, roasted malts and then some fairly solid notes of fat, baconish smoke. A positive surprise, and probably the best offering from Bredlund yet. 301107 yespr (6943), Copenhagen O, Denmark Dec 14, 2007 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown to orange with a white head.
