Clear light to medium amber brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, cabbage water, smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (120408)

Jun 13, 2008 Bottle @ Maria tasting. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is roasted, smoked, sweet, caramel. Flavour is roasted, sweet, malt, hop. Light body and neat to a boring beer.

Jun 9, 2008 Bottle. High and lasting creamy off-white head. Clear very dark bronw body. Roasted and smoked barley malt aroma. Mild smoked flavor with a long aftertaste but low carbonation.

May 28, 2008 Dark brown colour with medium beige head.Aroma is rosted and light smoked ,malty and light carbonation. Medium body with a mild smoked finish.

May 27, 2008 Bottle, from trade with papsoe. Clear, amber pour with a beige head. Roasted, smoked aroma, quite sweetish, and with some cooked vegetables. Sweet and smoked flavor with caramel, leading to a finish with an ashtray-like smoke flavor. Thin body. The beer isn’t bad, but it’s not far away. There’s both cooked vegetables and a not too succsessful smoke-flavor, guess a bottle would be more than enough. (080412)
