Bottle @ New Amsterdam Market.
Plastic cup. Repeat heavy-handed pours. Filtered, dark/mellow gold color.
Soft, flinty nose. Savignon Blanc & a bit of pear.
Tastes of soft table wine. Decent tannins. Delicate/subtle creamy apple flavor.
Still & pretty dry. Mellow alcohol(I think the cider maker said it came in somewhat over 7%).
Bland, but sloshable.
