750ml Bottle - Hazy gold/amber in colour. Musty aroma with hints of barnyard and leaves. Buckthorn, grapefruit zest and musty notes feature in the tart and rather sharp taste.

750mL bottle, pours a murky golden with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out lots of brett funk, with lots of citrus skins and some wood. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart dry citrus skins, brett funk and medium acidity on the finish. Quite complex, with maybe slightly too high acidity for my taste, but it’s still very well constructed. Very enjoyable.
