Sample at ÖÖWF 2012. Fruity smell of barnyard and apples. Fresh and fruity taste with allot of brett character. Very nice beer, light and refreshing but interesting at the same time.

Bottle at ÖÖWF 2012. Brewed with 35% unmalted wheat. Aroma fresh and discreet, hay, banana, tangy. The wheat shows in the flavor, mellowing it. tangy but not really sour. This is going to be a good lawn mower.

Draught at Örebro Beer&Whisky Festival 2012. Clear golden beer with a white head that leaves quite quickly. Vinous aroma, sourish, wheat, yeast, hay, bready, some banana and spices. Vinous wheat flavor, biscuits, funky sourish, hay, spicy, banana, esters, grapes, some pear. Wheat finish with funky notes. A bit thin bodied.
