Tap at the Green Lion, Malmo. Poured a clear dark brown witn a frothy tan head. The aroma is big Brett, smoky malt. The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp rich malt vinegar brett palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Loads of brett and rather sour but very refreshing and highly drinkable.

gnoff (8377) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - OCT 4, 2014
Draught at Brewers Beer Bar on October 1, 2014.
Stated to be 5.8% ABV.
Black color, smallish off-white head. Smoked, dry, light acidic scent, some chocolate. Acidic, smoked, sausage, roasted taste. Acidic, chacoal aftertaste. A bit thin mouthfeel, very low bitterness.
Acidic black/roasted beers currently don’t flirt well with me, more makes me think of some kind of infection than good intentions.

Lite lätt salt, svag charkuteri doft. Wow, luktade porter men var en kraftig syra attack av brett. Efter kommer lite porter fram. Häftigt men kanske inget igen. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Taste is sour, malty and tiny funky with roasted malts, cocoa powder, moist soil, licorice root, hay, barnyard, lemon juice, sour milk and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, tiny watery and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour and malty with roasted malts, toasted cereal, cocoa powder, hay, soil, barnyard, sour milk and lemon zest. Really sour and quite good...

On tap @ de klomp. Dark red color and a beige head. Sweet mildly roasted aroma with ash, delicate chocolate, dark fruits, herbs. Hints of barnyard in the background. Sour, dry, acedic and roasted taste. If aroma was typical of a porter the taste is not. Taste has chocolate, burnt wood, lemon zest, grape, barnyard. Finishes really dry and acidic with notes of coffee, leather, wood and dark fruits.
