Brekeriet White Label
Brekeriet Brillant is a saison mainly fermented with Brettanomyces yeast to create this elegant beer. Brekeriet Brillant is refermented in the bottle which gives a thin layer of yeast at the bottom of the bottle.

Pale golden colour, white head. Light sour aroma, funk, citrus, citric acd, spices. Light sour, funky flavour, quite astringent, malts and brett. Rather dry. Finish light hops, brett.

Sweet and fresh citrussy notes on the nose.Crisp pears and apples. Pours hazy gold with a light white film. Really sharp, crisp and fresh sourness. Lots of hay and citrus with subtle hints of bitterness. Dries out your mouth, yet waters it! Big lump of yeast in the bottle though... NICE!

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a big, white head. Aroma is tart, grainy and lactic.Sweet esters with clove, banana as well. Saison yeast, elder flower. Taste is tart, but with a wheaty sweetness underlying. Spicy but not dry. Medium high carbonation and a citric body.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw yellow golden with nice creamy white head, some sediment. Aroma is saison, yeast, wheat, elderflower, fruity brett, slight soap, grainy and tang. Taste is all saison, fresh, wheat, brett, fruity, wheat, funk, some tart wheat, elderflower, mandarin tang. Funky yeast and light fizzy body. Crisp and dry pretty finish. Slight bubblegum.

Bottle @ home. Pours a cloudy yellow liquid with a large frothy white head. Dry brett aroma with notes of lemon, yeast, hay, leather, some herbs. Highly carbonated, flavor has some cookie sweetness along with a moderate sour note, brett, lemon, vanilla, yeast, hay, wheat. Salty and herbal bitterness. Dry and a bit tart finish with lasting bitterness.

Pours a hazy golden color with a small off white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, funk, crackers, refreshing sourness. The mouth is full of citrus, clean malty profile, hay, slight grape peel, that barnyard funk. Big carbonation as should be. Dry finish. Great stuff.

Unclear matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, herbs. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, spices - herbs, vegetables, yeasty, grass - dry grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140809]
