Bottle. Golden, little hazy with medium ,white semi-densed head. Average head retention and lacing. Definitely Brett, tart and bread aroma, slightly citrus, pepper and grassy notes. Semi-sweet and lightly bitter taste, nothing more, nothing special. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation, finish is mild, creamy and lightly bitter. In general good, drinkable saison, pretty mild, but nothing outstanding.

330ml bottle. Pale yellow colour. Thin line of white froth around the glass. Hints of berries, slight barnyard, grass, acidity in the aroma. Barnyard, grass, acidity, berries in the taste. Citrussy, acidic finish. Bitterness in the aftertaste. Slightly watery body, dry palate. Descent brew, nothing surprising, but drinkable.

tfredvik (1751) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 11, 2016
Hazy yellow body with a large, creamy, white and very long-lived head that laces the glass well. Moderate aroma of acidic and tart light fruits, lemon, fermented apples, pale malts, funky saison yeast and hints of pineapple. Quite strong flavour of acidic fruits, funky saison yeast, apple, grapefruit, lemon and pale malts, and hints of juniper berries in the back. Light sweet and light acidic taste, with a light bitterness in the long-lasting finish. Light and dry on the palate, lively carbonated. A complex and delicious saison with just the right amount of funk!

Shared 33cl bottle. Pours a clear straw color with a white head. Aroma is fruity and funky. Taste is fruit, funk, and a prominent vegetal note which is rather unpleasant. Would not purchase again.
