Bottle at DØE tasting. Clear pale yellow. Aroma medium sour (barnyard, medical, basement). Flavor light sweet, light+ sour, notes of pepper. Medium body, oily, soft carbonated. There is some distance to lambic, but a really good try.

Well made saison with a prominent flavor of brettanomyces with some soft sourness. A perfect thirst quencher.

Aroma is lemons, Belgian yeast and funky fruit. The flavor is Belgian yeast, malts, mild lemons/yeast and an oddly alcoholic/warming (for the low alcohol) finish.

Single 12oz bought at Bier Cellar, no idea about freshness (or lack of). Pours a clear pale golden with a medium-high white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose has a slight cooked vegetables character I’m not entirely fond of with some fruits and black pepper. Taste is pretty dry and peppery and light on funk. Fruits. Body is light and carbonation moderately high. Pretty refreshing. Nothing to write home about.

Bottle @Spuyten Duyvil. Aroma is funk, barnyard, cabbage, spice, herbs. Golden yellow, cloudy, small white head. Light sweetness, minimal bitterness, slightly sour, taste is herbal, hay, dress, small sour note. Medium body, tart, dry, medium long aftertaste, hints of umami. Nice and funky, rich.

Bottle. Pour is hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is extremely funky with notes of gym sock and arm pit - in the best way possible. Slight notes of hay and grass as well. Flavor is pleasingly tart up from which is then backed with a lightly funky note. There is a touch of wood or musk with a lightly bitter flavor that I don’t love. That flavor lingers for a bit. There is so much about this that I like, but just a lingering off flavor in the finish that I can’t get past.

Pale golden colour, white head. Light sour aroma, funk, citrus, citric acd, spices. Light sour, funky flavour, quite astringent, malts and brett. Rather dry. Finish light hops, brett.

Sweet and fresh citrussy notes on the nose.Crisp pears and apples. Pours hazy gold with a light white film. Really sharp, crisp and fresh sourness. Lots of hay and citrus with subtle hints of bitterness. Dries out your mouth, yet waters it! Big lump of yeast in the bottle though... NICE!
