Bottle 33cl, a cloudy copper orange beer with good head. Nose is on peppery hops and brett. Aroma is nice on malt, light caramel, belgian yeast, brett, this beer reminds me a belgian triple. Finish is malty and pleasant.

Cloudy blond color with creamy head. The aroma is light, breadish, a bit lacto. Agile mouthfeel, light residual sweetness, mild yeast character, breadish, and with light lacto acidity. Was it intended? Anyway it’s pleasant.

Känns väldigt belgisk och stiltypisk saison. Tunn och vattnig i smak men har hunnit med en hel del tungt före denna. SBWF 2013

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends. Hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is an odd combination of pigsty and perfume. Sour-sweet flavor with notes of freshly baked bread. Quite light in texture. Ok bitter finish with flowery hoppy notes.

Flaska från SB. BB 2015-01-03. Mörkt gyllenfärgad, disig vätska, lågt ljust skum. Stor brettdoft som är frisk, örtig, pepprig och jordig. Lätt frisk smak med mycket brett och liten beska. Det känns att ölet mått bra av att stå några månader. Riktigt fin.

Bottle at home in London - many thanks to Fredrik for the hook-up! Pours clear, yellow-gold, outrageously effervescent with a massive, frothy white head that just continues to grow beyond the lip of the glass. The aroma gives off tons of bretty funk, lots of barnyard character, plenty of poo, grass, wet hay. Light to medium sweet flavor with pale, doughy bread malts, more funk though less intense than in the nose, a bit of lemon merengue, ripened white grapes, melon, poo, light bitter hay. Moderate sweetness to finish, very slight dryness, more doughy white bread malts, poo, hay, drying citrus, faint lemon peel. Solid stuff overall.

Cask. Fruity aroma. Hazy grey orange colour. Almost no head. Quite fruity flavour, some yeast. Sugary maltiness. Medium bitterness, almost enough to counter the sweetness. Tastes like OK homebrew.

Bottle shared with esp0r, may 17th 2013. Muddy light golden body, almost no head. Fruity aroma, orange zest, toasted malt, brett. Nice dry and spicy taste, light sourness, citrus at the end. A really refreshing saison in the sun!
