Dorée-orangée, col blanc fin.
Arôme de brett léger et subtile, levure, fruitée avec ici un bouquet houblonné fruité et herbacé restant assez neutre sur une pointe citronnée.
Palais garde ce profil typique belge de saison, palais un peu sec avec ce brett qui encore une fois donne une certaine complexité en fin de bouche. Malt léger sur note caramel, fin de bouche rappelant presque un côté champenois et un léger abricot.

(330ml bottle, BB 2015-02-10, Batch Nr 4) Pours a lightly hazy pale yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of musty basement, barnyard, citrus, and herbs. Flavor of citrus, herbs, lactic, brett, pepper, and grass with a dry finish.

Slightly stale hops and malt aroma. Yeast, grass, cheap-lager-y, heavy carb, dry/bitter finish. Meh.

(330ml bottle batch 4 dated bb 02-10-2015) clear medium gold-orange, soda-like offwhite bubbles. Nose of cinnamon, coriander, link funk, grapes, pretty spicy, maybe some cilantro. Taste is very earthy, coriander, funk, spicy, rye, and peppercorns. Medium to high carbonation, very dry as well.

Cloudy light amber color with medium sized creamy head. Messy aroma: spices, light funkiness, vegetables, yeast cake, light fruits (6 is a gift). Smooth mouthfeel; spicy flavor, but also too much yeast; the bitterness is too high (but this is an effect of the fermentation); all along there is a sharp metallic feeling.
Side note: after eating spicy food, some banana note appears, and the yeast defects are better masked.
A total mess overall. Poor, too close to clumsy homebrews; it should not be on the market of craft beers. QA before sales!

Drinkable, balanced, straight forward funky saison.

Several classes better than Orval when Funkstarter shows a fine balance between sweetness and bitterness, malt and hops. Very nice saison where they have chosen to give the yeast space without exaggeration and acidity.

Pours hazy orange with low white head. Aroma of citrus, wheat, hay, grass, light barnyard. Earthy, spicy. Taste is sweet, spicy, fresh and light. Body is light with average carbonation. Finish is kind of abrupt with lingeering wheat and pepper.

Pours golden with low foamy white head
Aromas of citrusy hops, hints of sourness, flowery
Nice almost creamy palate, medium body, lively carbonation low bitterness.
Quite hoppy, honeylike taste, bready malts as well.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, mediumsized fluffy head. Aroma is mild farmyard, some citrus and mild yeastyness. Flavour is fruity funky and some creamy notes. Mild lactic notes as well.
