Draught at Söder om Småland, Malmö
Probably the original batch. Muddy blond color with compact head. Very nice aroma, cheesy and breadish, with very light fruitiness. Highly carbonated, too much; the mouthfeel is rather dry, and a bit astringent too; it has an impression of Brett, bread, yeast; relatively strong bitterness; the flavor is much less interesting than the aroma (7.5 vs. 5.5). The rhubarb maybe gives a very light sourish touch, not enough.
Not impressive to say the least, although it started well with a good smell.

Draft @ Söder Om Småland, Malmö. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty spicy weak bretty citric aroma with hints of rhubarb. Fruity malty spicy yeasty bretty rhubarb flavor. Has a fruity malty bretty spicy rhubarb finish.

Light yellow, slightly hazy beer with a small white head. Aroma of brett, yeast and a hint of lemon. A fairly traditional aroma. It´s first in the taste you can get a hint of the rhubarbs. They give a slight sour, fruity finnish to the beer. Had wished for more rhubarbs-sourness, but that said this was a refreshing summer beer.
