COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brekeriet White Label
Brekeriet Rósaldin is a fruit beer mainly fermented with Brettanomyces yeast. Rosehips are added during the secondary fermentation and this yeast loves fruit which is shown in the fantastic taste of the beer. Brekeriet Rósaldin is refermented in the bottle which gives a thin layer of yeast at the bottom of the bottle.

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, fruits, and hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, lemons, and alcohol, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a smallish white head. Dry, tart apple aroma - almost cidery. Clearly some Brett in the nose as well. Has a light, dry body, minerally, salty even, again very dry apple notes and a decent Bretty note. Funny how rosehips come out as dry apples! Kinda grows on you. One of the most Bretty Brekeriet beers so far - nice. 260713

Pours light yellow with low white head. Aroma of flowers, light bretta, some grapes. Taste is almost like alcohol free sparkling wine - not enough alcohol, not enough sourness, not enough body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Hazy hay yellow liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of barnyard, lemon, fruity funk, grain, perfume and wheat. Taste is dry and light sour with notes of lemons, fruity funk and light wheat. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice and refreshing.
