22/VIII/14 - 33cl bottle @ home - BB: 29/IV/16, batch: 39 (2014-931) Thanks to hackobock for the bottle!
Little cloudy orange beer, small irregular white head, unstable, dissipates immediately. Aroma: floral, lots of orange peel, honey, pretty oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sour, dirty, infected, unpleasant vinegar sourness, white wine notes and some hay. Aftertaste: very sour, tannings, earthy, lemony, orange peel, very oxidized. Brett is not an excuse for infected beer... This is horrible.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
This is a great saison. It´s full of flavour, fresh and perfect for a summer´s evening.
Nice one inch head after pouring, orange and a touch hazy appearance
Taste is malty, fresh fruit, appleish and brett backbone.
Aftertase is sour lemony, nuts and creamy.
Mouthfeel is full and well rounded.Good carbonation, not overdone
My new favourite and as good (if not as complex) as the few Hill Farmstead that I´ve been lucky enough to try.
