750ml bottle from Systembolaget, ABV 3.6%. Hazy bright golden with a small white head, neat bubbles in the glass. Some tart aroma with lemon and stables. Fizzy mouthfeel. The taste is crisp at first and finishes sour far back in the mouth. Delightful fruity taste of sour citrus.

Bottle 75 cl from Systembolaget. woody, barnyard, citrus, hay, pale, hazy, white foam, light sweetness, medium bitterness, lightly sour, salty, medium body, creamy, soft carbonation, long finish, considering the ABV this is one of the greatest beer i have tried. Would love to have this everyday.

Angest was nice to pass this to AdamJackson and a nice share at Adrien’s going away party. Thanks for the chance!

Mostly clear gold without any head. Aroma is baby diaper, band aide, and light herbs with sulfur, like ha d water. The flavor is very nice. Light tart wheat, lemongrass, mild hints of Brett with a nicely crisp finish. Light and effervescent mouthfeel, actually very nice!

Thanks Angst for providing this one. I loved Brekeriet Cassis a lot! This one shared a few ways with some American friends at fridge temp.

A - Looks a pale yellow 2 finger solid white head with a little bit of lacing.

S - Aroma is nice! I get a little baby diaper and sulphur / rotten eggs. Lemon grass, wheat eggs, an overall nice nose though considering the more negative aromas.

T - Taste is pretty nice. A lot of wheat, lemon, bread dough, sourdough, some pepper. a lot of different flavors. a lot for the low alcohol.

M - Thin mouthfeel.

O - For the low alcohol, this is quite an enjoyable beer.

’14 vintage, many thanks to Emil for the bottle. Pours a glowing yellow color, with no head. The aromas reveal an interplay between crisp citrus and wooden marzipan, leaning on dusty, sweeter malts. Definitely focused on the citrus, which comes along with a decent leathery note, topped off with floral honey. Almost a bit too stale for the light, tart body, would benefit from a higher carbonation. The taste begins with a crisp funkiness from the very beginning, together with bready, earthy malts. Then old potatoes and biscuits provide a pleasant sweetness, enhancing the sourness, coming together with a decent dryness. Citrus turns even more sour, while the finish reveals a subtle mineral quality among an aqueous mouthfeel. Super light bodied, while the beer provides a pleasant, refreshing bitterness, among dust and funk.
