275ml bottle. Clear, ruby red glowing, darkest brown colour with some off-white bubbles forming less than a small head. Sweetish, spicy, dark malty aroma has a cola touch, hints of mild mustard and Vienna sausages. Taste is moderately sweet malty, minimally spicy, a mixture of treacle and mild soy sauce. Soft palate, insipid character.

Opaque dark brown beer with a small pale tan head. Palate is crisp but the beer has some body. Touch of dark toffee, a little licorice. Trace of orange hops. These flavours are really dominated by the strong cinnamon. It’s a smooth cooling cinnamon, but there is a lot of it! Trace of dark fruits. Minerals. Semi dry finish with some hop bitterness. Interesting beer but hamstrung by the cinnamon overdose.
