Cask, in the Cask Pub & Kitchen on 7th April 2010. Copper with a white head. Smoky flavour, slightly ashy texture, citric and very dry bitter aftertaste.

6th April 2010. Slightly hazy brown beer. Good creamy head. Fairly dry palate. Robust bitter - unsweet toffeeish malt with quite a strong smoky flavout. Then some fairly bitter hops. Bitter orange and grapefruit. Just a trace of banana in the last bit of the finish.
