Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Clear dark brown beer. Residual chocolate coloured head. Low carbonation. Sweet dark malt - chocolately dark that is. Sweet orange oils with an undertone of bubblegum. This is a very different beer from Chockwork Orange but the ginger appears to be more of a catalyst for complexity than a major flavour. There is some sublte sweet ginger here though. Overall a tasty sweet beer. Good one!
