Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Hazy golden. Honey aroma. Sweet and fruity with custardy grain and honey. Light-medium bodied with low bitterness.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Hazy gold beer. Tidy white head. Light dry palate. Hops are a little spicy with sweet grapefruit and mild bitter orange. Malt is neutral. Minerals in the semi dry finish.

Cask (handpump) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111206]

Cask (handpump) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival (Day 1) on 6 December 2011. Clear pale gold. Good, lively condition. Dry and citric. Quite juicy hops. Not very Christmassy but what the heck. Bah humbug.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, vanilla, nectar and some mild earthyness. Flavour is quite similar in a nice balance. Rather standard golden ale.
