Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Fest 2011 (festival program said name as ho ho so ho ho, but pump clip said Ho Ho So Ho). Deep ambery brown colour, small off white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, zesty with some mild nectar, spices and syrup as well. Flavour is quite similar with the spicyness being more drawn back and the zestyness being more evident. Very pleasant.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear red - brown beer. Little pale tan head. Light dry palate. Mild malt. Tangy fruits. Touch of spicy cherry and fruits of the forest. Very dry finish. Too dry.

cask @the pump. Dark brownish red color. Nice head. Sweet amber taste. Doesn’t taste as bitter as I’d expect. Quite easy drinking.
