Clear light rubby color with small off white foam. Aromas mainly of caramel malts and light hops, bit grassy but quite simple. Palate, light body with quite thin texture leaving somewhat bitter finish. Taste is mix of caramel malt and touch of bittering hops, quite simple again. Overall, not amazing, atleast for me it is a slightly more bitter hopped bitter style beer, with label saying IPA although it is not there fore quite disapointing.

Bottle from ales by mail. Poured clear and golden in colour with a swiftly disappearing white head. Looked a bit lifeless and flat. Floral, hoppy and sweet aromas. Biscuity sweet flavours with a bitter finish. Not an IPA. Brentwood Bitter would be a more suited title.

50cl bottle, shared with Mathieu87. APPEARANCE: clear blond beer, small unstable off white head. NOSE: little sour, hoppy. TASTE: hoppy, little oxidated maybe, not that good for me.

500 ml bottle. Pours a golden amber colour with a small head. Aroma is very sweet with orange zest, green tea and apricot marmalade. Flavour of sweet malts, green apples, some metallic notes, mild bitterness and biscuit. Light bodied and a harsh, biscuity, mild bitter finish. Sweet and mild. Harmless.

.3l ("as a real ale") on tap @ Harry’s Pours clear copper with big bubbled, foamy, high head. Aroma is malts, some dried fruits, hint of hops. Flavor is deeper than aroma. Hops, fruits malts and grass. Tad watery, easy to drink.
