Cask hanpull at the old buttermarket Canterbury. Mid brown amber colour with thin lasting head from a sparkler. Its a ok bitter which is what I expect from this brewery. Touch of animal fat on the flavour. Aroma is not great with a touch of too much acidity and rest of flavour has a bit of that too. Touch of nuttiness . A bit too much like licking the i.side of a nut shell to me. Odd

A Mes rate:
Cask at Chelmsford Beer Festival. Slightly cloudy dark golden. Little thin in the mouth but it still manages a nice feel. Malts up front with a little toffee and a fairly decent dry bitter finish.
