Unfortunately, its clean aspect don’t match with its very tart aroma and cider-alike taste. In mouth, it results spicy -not in the right sense- and, once again, tart (I even wondered if the beer was rotten: not, it’s in this way). It’s a good cider, not a good beer: the kind of beer that will like to people who don’t like beers.

Undrinkable beer. Well maybe that’s too much to say, but it’s really not the best beer you will try. No good flavor at all.

330ml bottle. Some tart aromas. Pours hazy golden with some white head, vanishing. Medium body, average carbonation. Taste is acidic, sweet, yeasty. Possible contamination. A pitty... i´ll try to have another one.

33cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Hazy golden colour with a formation of a white head, large, fine bubbles, moderate creamy. Rest of sediments inside the beer. Aroma is malty, slightly spicy and with fruit hints. Flavour is moderate sweet at the beginning, dense and smooth on palate, malty, spicy and the final is slightly bittery, that gives it a good balance. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium to high. Texture is creamy.

A wholly different style -- more closely resembling a ’Belgian Ale’ or whatever that means than anything else, this beer has the appearance of a tripel but the soft touch of a lower gravity beer. If I remember correctly from talking to the brewer at AMCA, this beer sees two fermentations before going into the bottle. Very soft, almost silky, mouthfeel is what sets this apart. Aroma is spicy. Another interesting beer from this brewery.
