On tap @ PRNH Meibock festival 2013. Probably last year’s batch since the brewery recently closed. Cloudy amber color. Off white head, good lacing. Aroma’s: caramel, sweet malts, herbal spicy retronasal. Flavor is medium sweet, herbal spicy. Medium bodied. More caramel in the finish, lightly bitter. OK.

ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, sweet malt - sugary, light to moderate hoppy, grassy - hay, light yeasty - grain, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121019]

Bottle @ home. Insane howitzer cap, hitting me in the cheek, massive pain and skin bruised and bleeding like a paintballshot from 3 feet. Awesome start. Pours nothing but foam and yeast. Aroma has some malt and fruit but I really don’t care anymore. Gonna chug this so it hurts less.
