   AROMA 5/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 2/10   PALATE 1/5   OVERALL 5/20
worldbeertaste (1624) - AUSTRIA - OCT 3, 2013
So overcarbonated, I found it undrinkable. The huge foamy tan head was simply too much on a black body. Smells of chocolate malt, spices and yet slightly artificial and chemical. Ripe. Very Carbonated body. Tastes like sugar sweetness, ripe fruit, roast, and malt. Too hard to tell through the overcarbonation. Eventually gave up.

Dark cloudy brown colour. Strange aroma as it’s more like a pale, unroasted malt than what you might expect. Very creamy taste with some chocolate hints in the background.

bottled. skykob’s b’day celebrations. quite excitable, pouring a sloppy brown with a beige head; aroma of stonefruits and cocoa powder; some slightly sharp bitterness with vanilla cream and oak; just doesn’t somehow gel so well

MrHangover (2456) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - JAN 5, 2013
Bottle. Highly overcarbonated pour with a ginormous tanned head. Murky black pour. Very spicy aroma with hints of chocolate, malts, cinnamon and some metal. Metal seems to fit in nice strange enough. Flavor is sweet, sugary and malty. Again very carbonated mourthfeel, very fizzy. Very decent brew, would like to see them take down the carbonation.

Vaiz (3336) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - DEC 15, 2012
Bottle at home. Murky brown pour, huge foamy tan head. Aroma is very spicy, roasty, malty, somewhat chemical and metallic, yeasty and with some ripe fruits. Flavor is chocolate, ripe fruits, sweet malts, roasted and with huge carbonation and a thick body. A lot better than I expected from the aroma. Nice brew, just don’t look too good at it and smell it too much.

erickok (3499) - Tours (and Paris), FRANCE - SEP 26, 2012
Dark brown bodied with a stable frothy tan head. Dark malts, milk chocolate, tutti frutti and spruce. Yeast forwards, fruity taste with foresty brown notes that give a pleasant sweetness. Active foamy mouth feel and small bubble sensation in the ending. Alcohol right there too. Enjoyable brew. Don’t drink too cold. (33cl bottle)

sebletitje (6646) - Enghien, BELGIUM - AUG 19, 2012
Draft @ Ledig Erf, Utrecht. Brune brumeuse, col beige fin.

kermis (4953) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUN 14, 2012

Countbeer (4393) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - JUN 10, 2012
Bottle: Small to medium tan head, changes slowly into a lighter tan lacing on top of a deep dark looks like murky but is more hazy brown colored beer. Smell hops, toasted malts, toasted barleys, some dish water, mocha caramel sweetness and some light alcohol drenched herbs. Taste toasted malts, toasted barleys, floral hop, soap, liquorice and grains. A touch of coal in the back of the throath. There is some touch of something mealy/porridge a like, caramel, caramel ish sweetness, very light light sour hoppy touch. Aftertaste is grainy, a hint of something toasted and light hints of light liquorice ish and dark chocolate ish. There is some light sweet touch and even some sticky soapy hints. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel with a light spicy touch, medium body and a light watery light creamy texture. Strange beer but not bad.
