Had this one at the Winterbierfestival 2011, Gouda. Brown colored brew. Roasted malts in the aroma. Flavor is bready, malty, roasted, rye, medium sweet and some bitterness. Ok-ish.

75cl bottle from ABCBeers, the Hague. Good off white head. Deep ruby pour. Spicy sweet brew. Quite decent.

Bottle@WBF2012. Much surprised by the beer. Flavourful and easy going. Rather sweet but matches the spices well.

Very decent, first beer I’ve had from this brewer with a great concept. Rye bread, thick, not too much of everything, might have used a little more though. There was nothing bad about this beer at all, can’t wait to taste more. Had this at the Winterbeerfestival in Gouda, 2011.

Tap at Winterbierfestival, Gouda: Dark brown brew with roasted malts, caramel and dried fruit taste, and an good balanced bitter finish.

Countbeer (1944) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - JAN 24, 2011
Draft @ PWBF’11: Off white to light brown head on top of a dark beer. Smell toasted malts, spices, brown sugar and a hint of dark fruit. Taste lightly toasted malts, sweets, spices, hops, bitter and a bit watery. Soft mouthfeel, low carbo and mid body.
