Huge rocky head. Gushy. Deep amber pour underneath the never-ending head. Lots of dried fruit, fruit leather and plums. Figgy and slight spicy as well. Rye and a touch of yeastiness as well. A little bit of light metallic flavour that isn’t all that good. Starts to take on a funky sourness as it starts to warm up - it’s not the worst thing I’ve had from Breughel - but that’s faint praise.

Bouteille 500 ml. 7.5%. Couleur brune opaque, mousse ABONDANTE, crémeuse beige.

Very lively beer when poured. Beware of the overflow. Rich aroma of berries and syrup. Cloudy brown appearance with a big frothy white head. Looks promising but unfortunately is a let down. Sour flavour. Not much body. Metallic texture. Sour ale.

Wow there guys brewsome awful beers! This one is a sour, funk filled mess. There Are some decent fruit notes but the odd lactic sourness is overpowering. And it finishes with a very strong and very unpleasant bitterness. Wow this is a train wreck!

Bottle shared by my friends Erin and Chris- Thanks to the both of you! A deep chestnut liquid poured from the bottle. A dense fluffy cap of beige froth sat atop. The aroma was malty, funky fruit which was not all that unpleasant. Also in the nose, some caramel paired up with an off-putting lactic milky note. Tasted of sweet dark pit fruits alongside caramel malts, with an earthy sour funk and lactose. Sweet, drawn out sour finish. Not nearly as bad as some others have mentioned, so I suspect we got a "good" bottle.

Bottle: Poured a deep clear brown color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of stale grain with some sweet notes. Taste is a mix between some stale grain with some weird chemical like aftertaste which is just plain atrocious. Wow, just when you thought you had hit the bottom of the barrel it seems this brewer can concoct some atrocious recipe.
