2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Boutip (3458) - Gatineau, - FEB 15, 2007
Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy blonde color ale with a huge foamy head with better then average retention. Aroma of sour notes is quite intense and smile like it is infected (and with the head it had once poured I really suspect it might be infected). Taste is really dominated by the sour notes and the wheat which can of balance each other. The tart and sourness leaves me wondering if the beer was infected voluntarily or not. In any case this is probably not something that I will seek again.
2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Metalchopz (1427) - Quebec, CANADA - SEP 14, 2011
Originally rated May 2006. Written on label "Flavoured strong wheat beer". It pours a cloudy golden and orange colour with a huge white head that is creamy, and then turns into soapy, not leaving much lace. Medium retention and very active tiny-bubbled carbonation. Alcohol is quite present at first, but then goes away, leaving a good scent of fruit, like pear. Also, other aromas are of Belgian yeast and wheat. The mouthfeel is pretty watery with a medium-light body. Taste is odd, with a mix between the pears and some metallic water. Some mild sourness in the finish. Even though a unique brew, not well-balanced enough to make it a good one.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Gethinbeer (1561) - Musky, Nova Scotia, CANADA - MAR 30, 2010
Nice clear golden colour with a frothy white head. Medium carbonation. Aroma of malt and citrus fruit. Sharp bitter flavour. Quite sour, almost like vinegar. Thin texture. Sour to the end but smooths out and is not as harsh once you get the dregs in your glass. Poor beer but had far worse.

bouteille de 500ml, un verre de mousse svp...après 5 minutes la bière apparait, jaune dorée trouble, nez de vinaigre, bouche drôle, surette, mauvais produit de cette brasserie, comme les autres
2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 TheJester (1263) - Peterborough, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 1, 2008
330 mL bottle. Cloudy golden-brown with very little head. Funky dishwater aroma carries into the taste. Add to this some powdered sugar. Medium body. Thin, fast finish. Why bother.
0.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20 EnSiFeRuM (501) - Quebec, CANADA - JUL 19, 2008

hazy orange big fluffly head that is gone in a flash. Nose, spicy nose kinda a mineral nose . odd sour notes somewhat tart odd after taste and mouthfeel, although i wouldn’t down it as much as some. I do think it needs some work.

(Rating #1418)
1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 blankboy (4437) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 20, 2007
Bottle shared with and courtesy of HogTownHarry. Harry popped the cap and had to run to the sink as its started coming out fast. It pours a hazy orange with a massive long lasting white head. Aroma’s slightly sour, yeasty, and with spices, fruit and some foulness added for good measure. Not good. Flavour’s like a super carbonated sweet citrusy sugary drink, almost like a bad soda pop. What a crazy unpleasant beer!
1.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 HogTownHarry (4872) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - JUN 16, 2007
Bottle (500ml). Shared with blankboy, my bottle. Gusher - but we didn’t mind missing some of this shizz. Murky light yellow-orange with a massive foamy head. Sharp dry spice aroma, weak malt, unfortunately quickly muscled aside by sulfur, medicine and cooked vegetables. Tastes like used bandaids soaked in honey and lemon. Watery, fizzy, slick/acidic body, really horrid brimstone aftertaste. Vile shit.
