COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Translated by Rastacouere: "Bottle-conditioned craft brewed wheat based beer. Unfiltered, therefore naturally cloudy. Unpasteurized to keep its lively character, giving it, when kept from heat and light, a rich nose of aromatic alcohols."

Bouteille 500ml.

(660ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) clear yellow with few bubbles. Nose of salt, rose hips, flowers, lightly funky and apple. Taste is quite tart, salty, a bit watery, seltzer, light tangerine and lemon. Very light body, nice salty finish and easy to drink. Guess I like this more than most.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is a mix of what and apples with a little bit of tartness. The flavor is wheat, lemons, apples and some lambic funk. The beer is very dry. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. I am surprised by the poor reviews of this beer. While it was not the best gueuze I have ever had (far from it), it is not too bad.

bomber split with jsprime. pours hazed light golden, lasting white head. aroma is minimal. some sugar with some funk. the flavour is similar. sweetness up front, wheaty bland beer body, creeping tart pucker. not terrible but not good. interesting enough to finish.
