500 ml bottle. No head. Low carbonation. Clear light orange color. Ingredients said corriander, couldn’t find it. Watery taste. Bitter after taste. Strange brew...

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Surprsingly good Belgian tried on a lark. Pours a foamy peachy apricot colour with good initiaol head and then a minor but nice white crown with retaining lace. Farmhouse and spice like a saison. Lots of yeast, aged six months in my cellar and probably about a year since brewing which did not hurt it.Tastes between a blonde, a saison, and dry like a cider without any ciderness at all. Crisp and masterful.

This might have been spoiled, so correct me if I’m wrong. But this is instantly the foulest beer I’ve ever tried. Disturbing smell of microwaved bacon and a foul, dishwater-like taste that only hints at a Belgian-style beer. Absolutely godawful.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle: Poured a beige color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some minimal lacing. Aroma of light sweet malt is pretty boring. Taste is also dominated by some light sweet malt notes with no hops or spices to be noticed. Medium body with average carbonation. Not as bad as some other beers from this brewer but just awfully boring.

very highly attenuated for a beer this strong little to no body at all resulting in a not overly unpleasant beer but nothing noteworty either.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle (500ml). Via trade with Viper666. Clear slightly deep gold, average lasting frothy white head - that head looks a little scary. Smells like a boozy wit - golden fruit, yeast, sweet but slighly cheap sugary malt - not that bad, maybe I got a good botle. The taste is interesting - initially I thought it resembled pvc, but what I’m getting is strong bitter spice and dry yeast - it’s a little harsh and unbalanced, but hell, this is halfway to a saison, with fairly bitter dried flower hops in the finish. Decent body really, bitter, nice carbonation, not too much aftertaste - call it a hybrid wit/saison and remember who brewed it and you have to conclude this is a decent beer. I’m surprised. *update: by the end of the bottle, there was a cumulative harsh bitterness - like biting an appleseed - that knocked it down a tad - still decent

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
500ml, bière sans distinction, sans saveurs particulière, pourquoi s’entêter à faire des bières aussi mauvaises ?

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle, 500 ml. Hazy body, deep but pale yellow, almost beige, small head but creamy enough. Shy aroma of cake and coriander. Watery taste of the same. Lots of sweet, some alcohol, and a soft bitter finish. OK but not great.

Bonne mais sans plus. Bonne fermentation, gout fort en alcool. N a pas de saveur distingue pour moi.
