Super hazy orange coloured body with a light, thin white head, served with a lemon on top. Aroma of a ton of wheat, coriander seed, curacao and some light spices. Medium to Full-bodied; Deep wheat and yeast flavour with some light spices, a little sweet curacao, lemons and a good sweet finish. Aftertaste has a little edge with the alcohol and yeast coming through more than anything else. Overall, not as bad as expected and all things considered - a decent beer at an airport! I sampled this twenty ounce from draught at the brewpub/restaurant at the Reno Airport on 20-January-2011.

Pours deep & somewhat dark yellow, nearly opaque with the sediment, and a glorious contrasting white head. Nose is up to par for a hefe-weizen. Plenty of yeasty/bready notes, banana, and touch of lemon. Palate - this one is a BANANA monster! Huge banana, more than most hefe-weizens exhibit, with minimal clove and spice in the background. More flavorful than the average domestic interpretation of a Hefe-weizen. I was expecting something rather weak like a Blue Moon or Widmer.

Draft @ Brew Brothers. Pours a very hazy, murky whitish-yellow color; white head with good retention and lacing that coats the glass. Light, balanced aroma of wheat, honey, and a touch of mineral bitterness; straightforward and refreshing nose. Medium mouthfeel: a touch watery upfront, but overall quite flavorful and crisp; wheat, lively carbonation, chewy esters, and lemony citrus; nice, white pepper character balancing things. Medium finish: nice toastiness, wheat, and touches of creamy vanilla.
