Nov 20, 2007 Draft. hazy yellow color with a bright white head Bubblegum and banana nose. Tons of bubblegum flavors with some acetal alcohol notes. Finish is dry with a toasted popcorn note(not buttered).

Sep 4, 2007 On-Tap at the Eldorado Brewery Hotel Reno, NV Pours out a hazy gold topped with a nice head. A great bannana aroma along with some nice spice. A nice thick body and many classic German Hef notes.

May 5, 2008 On-tap at the restaurant in the Reno Airport. Pours cloudy yellow with a moderate creamy white head and good lace. Smells bready, yeasty and sweet with a touch of citrus. Tastes bready and yeasty, slightly bitter and slightly sweet. Medium body, good carb. An all around good hefe.
