Keg, Norwich Tap House, 02/09/15. Diaphanous slender capped gold. Sweet edged, funky nose with spiced pineapple, lime and sweaty horse approaching lambic territory. Wonderful glossy fizzy nick, suggestions of horse, cream cheese, guava, unripe mango sour dabs. Grass and chaff to finish. Beautiful hallucinatory blend pitched midway between Pajottenland and California.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Lemony pale colour. This is a refreshing saison for a hot summer day with the Belgium yeast adding flavour but not in an overwhelming way. One of the best saisons I have had!
